Question reblogged from naming blogs is easy

Anonymous asked:
Do you have a favorite classic monster (vampire, werewolf, Frankenstein, etc.)?

Not really. I was an easily startled child with overly protective parents—like, when I went to see Cinderella Sleeping Beauty in the theater, I got so freaked out by Malificent that I asked my parents if we could leave right away. (We didn’t.) Which is to say that I avoided horror movies for the most part. That trend has actually persisted: I haven’t even seen movies like The Shining or Jaws. (Movies are my big cultural blind spot, and oh boy is it embarrassing.)

idk you know when people say you can’t get offended, it’s only the Internet I think that’s pretty silly because someone has still said something that could offend someone, the fact that it was said over the Internet can’t stop your feelings from being hurt just my opinion though

The Aurora

I spent a week capturing one of the biggest aurora borealis shows in recent years.

Shot in and around Kirkenes and Pas National Park bordering Russia, at 70 degree north and 30 degrees east. Temperatures around -25 Celsius. Good fun.

Big thanks to the guys over at dynamicperception.com for their amazing all-in-one motion control dolly.

Human Energy Recycle System Can Generate Energy From The Movement Of Users
The human energy recycle system is an innovative concept that can gather energy emitted by human or even pets. This energy is used to power other devices, ensuring a new lifestyle for mass people with reduced electric bills and complementing to the environment. The system comprises lightweight, compact and portable units named ‘Solution Units’, designed to be worn in different spots of the human body, which collects energy from spinning, shaking, human heartbeat, body temperature and various other types of movements, and stores the energy into the ‘Standard Battery’ inside. When emergency power is required for a mobile device, these units can be connected to the device directly. Alternatively, the energy of the battery can be stored in the ‘Application’ units for later use.

The aims of the project is to produce a series of portraits that reflects upon the inner-self of the subjects. All of this will fit inside the theme of being trapped and deal with emotions or personalities that people do not show on a public level. Many people have used scanners for self-portraits and have created many other images with them, but what I am doing is recording a personal part of the subject and projecting it to the outside world. The project also incorporates the idea that a camera is not the only thing that can record images and renews photography to a certain level.
